I just wanted to take a few minutes to share with you a little of what is going on in mine and Josiah's life lately.
About 6 weeks ago, we were introduced to a life-changing opportunity called Advocare. Advocare is a health and wellness company that has been making a huge impact on our lives. In just over a month, I have lost about 5 pounds of body fat, gained lean muscle, and have amazing energy. Josiah has been taking the sugar-free energy drinks and the vitamins.
